Linkify.ai sells its services through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, tax collection, subscription renewals, and approved refunds for purchases made through our platform.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund:
- within 14 days of the date of purchase for a one-time purchase; or
- within 14 days of the date your subscription was last renewed for a subscription purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

If you purchase a subscription to Linkify.ai, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the billing tools made available by Paddle. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless a refund is approved.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund for charges that have already been processed.

- the email address used for the purchase;
- your order number or transaction reference, if available; and

- invoices and receipts;
- subscription renewals and cancellations;
- taxes;
- approved refunds.

Linkify.ai remains responsible for providing the software and product-related customer support.

Fraud, Errors, and Other Exceptional Cases

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits Paddle’s ability to issue refunds where required by applicable law or where Paddle determines that a transaction was made in error, was fraudulent, or may become subject to a chargeback.
